KOIN_CONFIG_CHECK mask compilation issues #329
Description
When we have arg("KOIN_CONFIG_CHECK", "true") it can hide compilation issues with saying that a module is not generated, which is true, but it is hiding the normal stacktrace we get when we turn this off.
