Expand unit test coverage

In test/, add pytests to expand itk_dreg module coverage:

• Exercise itk_dreg submodule methods
• Exercise constructors for virtual interface implementations
• Validate error conditions
• Introduce simple integration tests with baselines for registered image content
• Introduce integration tests to verify transforms and subdomains from registration methods
• Explore mocking with the Python unittest module
