build(deps): bump js-yaml and unified-args

Removes [js-yaml](https://github.com/nodeca/js-yaml). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [unified-args](https://github.com/unifiedjs/unified-args). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `unified-args` from 8.0.0 to 11.0.1
