Under the examples folder, create a demo app.

The app view should be simple.

1. A field that takes amount
2. Reference or order number
3. Two buttons to request pay

• Checkout (button to call the current checkout and render webview)
• Send MPesa STK push (button to call STK push method)

Generate a publishable key from https://sandbox.intasend.com to use for this.
