[CUDA] Build issue with dpctl for CUDA backend `sm_90`

I've encountered an error when building dpctl with the nightly intel/llvm compiler. The details are reported here: intel/llvm#20103

I was wondering if dpctl is tested with nightly compiler for CUDA-backend. Just creating an issue for cross-tracking purposes.

In general, the nightly compiler can be pretty unstable (prone to new crashes in one version which vanish in another). It wouldn't be bad to test it more often, especially for different backends, but we don't do it for that reason aside from the OS compiler builds in the public CI.
