Signs set via `//set` command contain empty text JSON

Describe the bug

A sign placed using //set spruce_sign contains {"text":""} in each line.

Note: using //set ^spruce_sign seems to work fine

To Reproduce

1. Set //pos1, //pos2
2. //set spruce_sign
3. Observe sign

Expected behaviour

The sign should be blank
