Create New Project: Create Conceptual System Diagram

codexpotech - “Create Conceptual System Diagram” allows global admin AND local admin to design a visualization for organizing the data, models, inputs, etc. Currently, we organize the data and identify models manually and upload in the backend manually. But once this interface is developed it will help admin users identify what data and models are needed for each of the boxes in the diagram.

codexpotech - Please remove the "Upload Map Spatial Layers" feature from this page, and move it to the section where the project is first created ("Landing Page").
