Add support for overlay or floating header

Testing the library we noticed there were no support for overlay or floating header (basically anything that could hide the ad).

It could be nice to add a support for overlays (when another element is hiding our measured element) like other ads (interstitials), pop-ups, floating menus/headers etc …
