Applying a load on a rigid plate

Hello I am completely new and trying to apply a load amplitude on a rigid plate. Any tips? The model I am trying to create is that a fluid sandwiched between 2 rigid plates. 1 of the plate is static and the other one has a load applied to it thus compressing the fluid.

You could use either a motor to move one plate or you could do it via a Python script.
