Cannot create an IDS subscription

Hi everyone,
I try to subscribe to resources as IDS system follow this tutorial https://international-data-spaces-association.github.io/DataspaceConnector/CommunicationGuide/v6/Subscription but don't success.

I have 2 connectors as follows:
Provider: https://localhost:8888/api
Consumer: https://localhost:9999/api

• I try to register and notify with case Recipient is Provider URI
  Firstly, I use Provider register:
  POST /api/ids/subcribe
  Recipient=https://localhost:8888/api/offers/fd92a6c3-4789-4af1-b74f-17bbf8950573

  Then, I notify to subcriber from provider side by method PUT api/notify.
  I get a Warning from Provider Terminal [Failed to link broker to offer]

The Recipient should be Provider URI or Consumer URI.
Please help me where I was wrong and give me direction to resolve this issue.

The Recipient should be Provider URI or Consumer URI.

The recipient should be the provider's or consumer's accessUrl, means e.g. https://localhost:8888/api/ids/data - as for any other ids requests as well.
