Connector behind company proxy

We are using connector behind University proxy and we constantly get this error (on register connector D at metadata broker):

[https-jsse-nio-8083-exec-8] ERROR - PRODUCTIVE_DEPLOYMENT: No IDS-Message sent! No DAT could be acquired from DAPS! [code=(IMSCOE0001), reason=(Error connecting to DAPS (possibly currently not reachable or wrong DAPS-URL): Connect timed out)]
[https-jsse-nio-8083-exec-8] WARN - Connection to DAPS could not be established. [exception=(Error connecting to DAPS (possibly currently not reachable or wrong DAPS-URL): Connect timed out)]
[https-jsse-nio-8083-exec-8] WARN - Unable to retrieve valid DAT. [exception=(Access is denied)]

I tried to add proxy info in docker yml file like this but nothing helps:

    environment:
      - JAVA_OPTS="-Dhttp.proxyHost=http://proxy.uns.ac.rs -Dhttp.proxyPort=8080 -Dhttps.proxyHost=http://proxy.uns.ac.rs -Dhttps.proxyPort=8080 -Dhttps.proxySet=true -Dhttp.proxySet=true"
      - HTTP_PROXY=http://proxy.uns.ac.rs:8080
      - HTTPS_PROXY=http://proxy.uns.ac.rs:8080
      - http_proxy=http://proxy.uns.ac.rs:8080
      - https_proxy=http://proxy.uns.ac.rs:8080

Everything else in log file is without errors, and all certificates are set.
What am I doing wrong and can anyone help me with this?
