Remove a resource from consumed resources #141
Description
It would be nice to be able to remove a resource from consumed resources.
If the resource is removed then the agreement should be ended.
On the provider side the agreement should also be ended, should not be shown in the active agreement count on the resource and, of course, the resource should not be shipped to the consumer when requested with the ended agreement id.
