Artifact repository is offline

**Describe the bug**
The artifact repository appears to be offline.
https://artifact.fit.fraunhofer.de/repository/ids-public/

**To Reproduce**
Clone the project, and execute:
`./mvnw package`

Any idea when will it be online again? Or an alternative repository?
