feat(tests): add allure links and smoke marks to SMASH tests

- Added `@allure.link` decorator to provide VCS links for test cases.
- Added `@pytest.mark.smoke` to categorize tests as smoke tests.
- Applied `pytestmark` to skip tests if SMASH is not available.
