chore(deps): bump cardonnay to 0.2.4

Update cardonnay dependency from 0.2.3 to 0.2.4 in pyproject.toml and
poetry.lock. This brings in the latest features and fixes from the
cardonnay package. Update includes new hashes for the wheel and source
tarball files.
