fix(tests): ensure sufficient funds for DRep deposits

- Added checks to ensure payment addresses have enough funds for DRep
  deposits in long-running testnets.
- Updated `fund_from_faucet` default amount formatting.
- Fixed typos and improved variable naming for clarity.
