Node sync tests improvements #1352
Description
- resync the node after it was fully synced --> it should revalidate the existing db and continue syncing only the remaining part of the chain; In Babbage it was starting from genesis.
- add option to build with cabal
- fix tests to run on windows, macos
- clean the results db
- keep only the relevant results (from last x months / last x runs / last x versions)
- keep only the results for the relevant testnets - mainnet, preprod, preview, shelley_qa
