🐛 Auto-Disconnection of Wallet After Sorting and Refreshing Governance Action Page

Context

As a dRep, when I navigate to the Governance Action page, select a sort option, and refresh the page, my connected wallet is disconnected unexpectedly.

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect a wallet.
2. Navigate to the Governance Action page.
3. Select any sort option
4. Refresh the page.
5. Check the wallet connection status.

Actual behavior

The wallet is disconnected after selecting a sort option on the Governance Action page and refreshing the page.

Expected behavior

The wallet should remain connected until the user explicitly clicks the "Disconnect" button.
