Context

In the Budget Proposal section of GovTool, users must validate their session using their stake key and, if they are a DRep, their DRep key. This one-time-per-session validation enables features like voting on proposals.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to the Budget Proposals section in GovTool.
  2. Open any budget proposal.
  3. Complete the required validation using your stake key (and DRep key if applicable).
  4. Confirm that the voting section is visible.
  5. Refresh the page.

Actual behavior

After refreshing the page, the voting section disappears, even though the user has already validated as a DRep for the session.

Expected behavior

The validated state should persist after a page refresh, and the voting section should remain visible on the budget proposal details page if the user is a DRep. (applies to both voting for the first time and changing the vote already casted)
