When viewing a Treasury Withdrawal type of Governance Action in the Live Voting section of GovTool, the UI does not properly display the Receiving Address and Amount fields.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a Governance Action of type Treasury Withdrawal from Live Voting.
2. Locate the section where Receiving Address and Amount are displayed.
3. Observe the visual layout.

Actual behavior

• The Receiving Address is visually clipped, making it hard to read.
• The Receiving Address and Amount fields are oddly positioned in the layout.
• It creates a confusing or broken user experience.

Expected behavior

• Receiving Address should be fully visible with proper wrapping or truncation with tooltip if necessary.
• Amount should be clearly and logically aligned with the address.
• Overall layout should be consistent and clean.
