🐛 Bug: Authors Not Displayed on Governance Action Details Page Despite Being Present in Metadata

Context

After submitting a new Governance Action with authors included in the metadata, the details page does not display the authors section as expected. This results in a missing attribution and breaks consistency with the metadata structure defined by CIP-108.

Steps to reproduce

1. Submit a Governance Action that includes the authors block in the metadata.
2. Once submitted, navigate to the Governance Action details page.
3. Look for the Authors section below the metadata anchors.

Actual behavior

• No author names or witness metadata are shown.
• Metadata includes the authors but they are not rendered nor verified

Expected behavior

• Author names or witness metadata are shown and checked for correctness (ed25519 or CIP-8)

Will be resolved with DBSync upgrade to 13.6.0.5 that fixes the problem of handling large metadata leading to incorrect error message about hash mismatch.
