In the Governance Action details page, markdown content submitted by users often includes extra new lines for clarity and formatting (e.g., between paragraphs or bullet lists). However, these new lines are not being rendered correctly, resulting in extra white space.

Steps to reproduce

1. Submit a Governance Action with markdown content containing extra new lines between paragraphs or after list items.
2. Visit the Governance Action details page - https://gov.tools/governance_actions/60ed6ab43c840ff888a8af30a1ed27b41e9f4a91a89822b2b63d1bfc52aeec45#0
3. Observe how the markdown content is displayed.

Actual behavior

• There is an extra line for every \n in the content
• Image is clipped

Expected behavior

• There shouldnt be an extra line for every \n in the content
• Image shouldnt be clipped
