Steps to reproduce

1. connect wallet as a registered DRep
2. go to 'live voting' tab (with GAs that already have a submitted vote)
3. switch from 'to vote' and 'voted by me' tab and back, GAs in the 'to vote' tab disappear

after voting on the blockfrost treasury GA (the data missing one in the video) I can see only info actions in the 'to vote' tab. Hard refresh doesn't bring them back.

Only disconnecting and re-connecting the wallet worked to see them again

As I reported the issue originally, I can add that in the meantime I also tried voting on a different Windows PC - at a different location - as well. Same problem.

I have the same issue of proposals disappearing in the "to vote" tab with the following wallet combinations

a. Chrome + Lace
b. Brave + Eternl
c. Firefox + Lace

Here is the list of proposals I have completed voting on previously. These are proposals that I voted on via Tempo.vote, before I switched to gov tools to try to continue voting:

The last one that I voted on before trying to vote over gov tools was:
Withdraw ₳1,500,000 for Complement Catalyst: Extended Quadratic Funding...."

I am a DRep on Preview too, but on Preview this problem does not appear to me

I see proposals that I have already voted for - under the "To Vote" tab.

Thats a great clue. Narrowing down part of the query/section in code that filters out proposals that have been voted on.
