🐛 Network check broken on wallet connection

Context

I am able to connect my pre-prod wallet to preview.gov.tools without it flagging the wallet as being connected to the wrong network, this is the same for pre-prod.gov.tools where I am able to successfully connect my preview wallet without issues

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect wallet to preview testate
2. Navigate to pre-prod.gov.tools
3. Click Connect Wallet

Actual behavior

Wallet will connect successfully

Expected behavior

Error message should be shown to user stating that they have connected to the wrong network and to check their wallet

Design flaw in CIP30. We arent able to distinguish between preview and preprod wallets. Closing.
