🐛 Voted Gov Actions Info are not updated after Successfull Vote without page reload #4042

Context
While testing the voting feature, I noticed that after casting a vote on a live gov action, the site redirects me to the voting page. Although a “Vote successful” notification is displayed, the gov action does not appear under the “Voted by me” tab. The newly voted proposal only shows up after manually reloading the page.

The same issue exists in re-voting on a previously voted gov action where the proposal is not updated unless page is manually reloaded.
Steps to reproduce
1)Connect Wallet
2) Register as Direct Voter.
3) Follow voting steps.
4) Wait for Vote to be successful.
Actual behavior
Voted Gov Action is not updated unless page is reloaded.
Expected behavior
Gov Action Needs to be updated after the successful vote notification.
