[USERSNAP] Signing Too Many Times to interact with Proposals

• What problem would that solve for you?: Not a bug, but more of a feature CHANGE request: I went to provide feedback and give thumbs up to a proposal this morning. There is too much signing required in my opinion to interact with just 1 proposal.

My experience - click on a proposal -> clicked to give a thumbs up in support -> Had to sign. That's fine. Scrolled down to review comments and provide my own feedback, had to sign AGAIN, just to reply. Thankfully, I can reply as many times as needed afterwards but once I've already verified my wallet the one time I shouldn't have to go through signing again to interact with the same proposal (let alone others).
