Display Pillar Versions Across All Environments #4103
Description
Add a visible indicator showing the current version of each pillar (Proposal Discussion Forum, Budget Proposals, Live Voting, Outcomes, DRep Directory, etc.) in every environment (dev, qa, preview, preprod, mainnet). This ensures users and contributors always know which version of a pillar they are working with.
Acceptance Criteria
- Each GovTool environment displays the version of each pillar.
- Versions are shown in a consistent and visible location (e.g., footer, about modal, or environment header).
- Versions reflect the deployed build/tag accurately.
- Confirm that all environments (dev, qa, preview, preprod, mainnet) display the correct versions.
