Context

In the Outcomes section on the preview network, governance actions display an incorrect Constitutional Committee (CC) voting threshold.
While the percentage (67%) is correct, the numerical representation of required member votes is wrong.

Example:
For 3 CC members and a 67% threshold, the display currently reads:
“3 of 3 (67%)”
when it should read:
“2 of 3 (67%)”

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to preview.gov.tools.
2. Open any governance action under the Outcomes section. (https://preview.gov.tools/outcomes/governance_actions/be5bdf1de6ba3f6f982111e184f26abf969b1a62e39a171cb13002583dd12d93#0)
3. Observe the CC voting threshold display.

Actual behavior

• The displayed percentage (67%) is correct.
• The number of CC member votes needed is incorrect (shows “3 of 3” instead of “2 of 3”).

Expected behavior

• The display should correctly reflect both the percentage and the corresponding count:
  • For 3 CC members and a 67% threshold, it should show “2 of 3 (67%)”.
