Pull arrays for Plinth

We (at MLabs) are seeking to improve array performance across the Cardano ecosystem, by making use of techniques similar to those used by Plutarch to make CIP-138 arrays better and easier to use. We would also like to improve further on the Plutarch design by making use of plutus-tx-plugin to allow more optimizations.

Would you be interested in us contributing such work?
