Domain Allowlist / Blocklist

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the plugin will download from anywhere. It would be good to have the ability to add an allow / block list for domains that the plugin will permit downloads from.

Describe the solution you'd like
A config list of either allow list domains, or block list domains (I would expect a further config to set the plugin to allow list / block list / no filter) that can be configured by the server owner, to restrict the URL's which will be permitted to download from.

Describe alternatives you've considered
This links in to my previous two tickets,. There are no good alternatives other than maintaining our own version of the plugin, or not using it at all.

Additional context
This currently (Combined with the previous two tickets) greatly increases the risk of malware / C2 software being downloaded to the host, which is not ideal.
