[Feature] Ability to edit existing entries

Hi there!

Just downloaded and testet it, loving it so far. Using it to start PoE and related programms and also planning to use it for developing.

Small feedback or request:
While setting it up, i sometimes put the wrong url or path to the executable or even i want to change the name. It would be nice to edit existing entries instead of re-creating it.

But i can only find the ability to delete an entry:
