Tenant Security Proxy v4.5.0 released

We've released v4.5.0 of the Tenant Security Proxy. This version adds support for the API_KEY_2 environment variable. This environment variable allows the TSP to accept requests that use either API key and is intended to be used during key rotation. The recommended steps for key rotation are available here: https://ironcorelabs.com/docs/saas-shield/tenant-security-proxy/deployment/#how-can-i-rotate-my-api-key
