Error from Power Star Madness

I extracted the rom hack called Power Star Madness by gamebyte on RomHacking.com

And when I open it, it gave me this screen:

yeah, this hack does a whole lot different to a typical sm64 rom. I'm seeing a ton of errors, like unrecognised level cmd ops, null ptrs, strange segment behaviour, etc...
I wouldn't be surprised if this is a decomp hack with a whole lot of custom code.
