What’s the best channel fallback order for critical alerts?

If email fails, should we go to SMS? WhatsApp? Push?

Trying to figure out how other ops teams handle multi-channel fallback without over-notifying users.

Thanks for the ideas — I’ve added role-based prompt tuning to Claude fallback and added confidence logs to the metadata. Seeing stronger output consistency now, especially on short multilingual prompts.
