How to use vim.pack.add to manage the neominimap plugin

I have been using lazy.nvim as my plugin manager, but it seems that Neovim v0.12.0 has a built-in vim.pack plugin manager.
I decided to migrate to vim.pack for plugin management, but currently, just running vim.pack.add results in an error.
I would like to know how to use vim.pack.add to manage the neominimap plugin.

This plugin isn’t built to work with unstable Neovim versions. I’ll add support for vim.pack once Neovim 0.12 is stable.
