Dashboard: Utilization of assigned CPUs

Dashboard now shows utilization of all cpus. It would nice to show (optionally) only utilization of assigned cpus (or grayout the non-assigned cpus).

Can we easily found out which CPUs are assigned? If so, how? :)

It can be obtained by ResourceDescriptor that is part of WorkerConfiguration

Ah, I misunderstood then. I thought by "assigned" you meant "assigned to some task", not "managed by a worker".
