Wrong nunitBinFile path

Hi team, starting NUnit.Console-3.17.0, the path to the nunitBinFile has changed. Starting from this version there are multiple version of net8.0 inside the bin folder and then inside this net versions folder is where the binary file is.

I tried changing the nunitHome but the nunitBinFile function add the wrong path at the end to route.
So it looks like the project needs to add maybe a net version parameter to choose which binary version to run and add that parameter to the final path construction in nunitBinFile.

@YhondriPM, thank you for the report.
The issue is partially fix in 2.11, if you target .Net Framework.
For other .Net flavors we still need to add a fix

PS 2.12 defaults to nunit-console 3.20.1
