• Fixed the bugged rockspec to properly install and compile fplot.fnl by using luarocks-build-fennel as a dependency in built-ins
• Make sure you have luarocks-build-fennel installed via luarocks install luarocks-build-fennel or luarocks install --local luarocks-build-fennel
