Dockerfile can not work

when i try to use docker to build & run this project.
sh: docker build -t odc .
i got these error messages.
E: Package 'php5' has no installation candidate
E: Package 'php5-curl' has no installation candidate
The command '/bin/sh -c apt-get install -yqq php5 php5-curl php-soap libreoffice ghostscript pdftohtml' returned a non-zero code: 100
