Candidate pairs issue #183

Hi,
I am not sure why but while generating record pairs using blocking on one column it is taking too much time time as compared to comparison step. Can anyone help me with this issue.
Previously I used the same method for the same size dataset on another system with python 3.8 version installed, it was working fine but while using on the new system with python version 3.6 it is taking too much time .
