Check the public ID against the list of supported DTDs #9
Description
- Generate a JSON array of supported public IDs alongside the catalog file.
- Before attempting validation, load the XML file without DTD validation and check the public ID against the list of supported DTDs, giving a useful error message if it's not supported.
