Error when building mpich-3.4.3 with Intel OneApi

I got this error message when using Intel OneApi configurations

The problem is that we have openmpi installed on the platform. Why does it want to install mpich instead? Is there a way to turn off the mpich dependency? If not, how to get around this build error? Thanks.
