Start date and target date validation

Describe the bug
The application allows use to select a date past than the start date

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on add task button.
2. Select a today start date.
3. Select a yesterday target date.

Expected behavior
The application should not allow to select a target date prior to start date
