Is there any way we can change profile picture of the bot.
If possible, Please add a feature.

Each bot can have exactly one profile picture.

The public instance has no avatar currently, but I might add one at some point. You can suggest one here if you want to but keep Copyright in mind.

If you want to have a specific picture for your server, you can host the bot by yourself.

I recommend hosting the bot yourself, like I did.

You have to use the guide, and he probably did use a paid server.

Instructions for self-hosting can be found in the README. Virtual private servers are normally paid.
