Add regional subsetting #4
Description
Regional subsetting of EN4 and NEMO analysis needs to be handled automatically in order to handle LMEs or LME clusters.
Currently config.py handles latbounds and lonbounds for EN4 subsetting.
Could this be useful to subset NEMO data in the processing stage?
How to automate the extraction of lat and long bounds?
- could be a cartesian bounding box?
- could be a shapefile polygon?
- where to store the bounds?
