Loading Audio file from URL (unlike local file or folder)

I think I asked this question before, but not quite sure I got a response.

How can I implement an option to have an input field to paste a local or remoce (cdn) URL.

or

Include the script inside my mp3 (storage bucket) like AWS or GCS and apply the effect to the file.
