Upgrade fetch from supertype

[SmofTypeContextImpl](https://github.com/JPDSousa/mongo-obj-framework/blob/master/src/main/java/org/smof/parsers/metadata/SmofTypeContextImpl.java) is iterating through a map to find the (super) TypeStructure of a given type. This presents a considerable performance issue.
