JDO v1 Implementation Status

Implementation Order

Tier 1: Foundation (No dependencies on other changes)

2 add-testing-infrastructure ✅ Archived Dev tooling: pytest fixtures, markers, coverage config
3 add-provider-auth ✅ Archived OAuth/API key auth for Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter
