JSBSIM tutorial

I have Jsbsim whish work perfectly I tried to run the command jsbsim.exe --script=c172_cruise_8K and I get results.
now I am trying to make a simple simulation for a drone using the xml file bellow using the command jsbsim.exe quad.xml
but I have this error: The argument "quad.xml" cannot be interpreted as a file name or option.
note when I use the command Jsbsim.exe --script=quad.xml I get this error: Script file Path "quad.xml" was not successfully loaded
