Optional Discord RPC feature for servers ? ( With an 0Auth2 discord endpoint running )

A minimal switchable Discord RPC feature which will be configureable and hence, like if the player is allowing the RPC perms via an 0Auth2 Authentication then it can have a rich presence like X player is playing on XYZ.xyz or Playing Minecraft on XYZ.xyz and can be toggleable ingame via a command like /drpc toggle or /drpc off or /drpc on.

I can help with the integration if you are not free. ( i might be a noob but eh ...)

Hmm so java has a 0auth lib ?
or you just do it the manual way.

At the moment the priority is the plugin rewrite. I'll see if I can do this though
